A new office rooted in the mountains.

Varde Eiendomsmegling Gol AS was founded in 2026 and is based at Sentrumsvegen 106 in Gol. The name is deliberate: a cairn shows the way, and it stays where it is.

Who we are

Local, personal and in Gol.

We are a small, local firm with an office in the heart of the village. When you get in touch, you get one dedicated person to deal with – in the first talk, at the viewing and on the day the keys are handed over.

    We talk about the home or cabin, the timing and what you want to achieve. No obligation – at our office in Gol or wherever you are.

    Valuation

    We view the property on site and compare it with what has actually sold nearby – in the village and in the mountains.

  3. 03

    Assignment agreement

    Fees, outlays and what is included are agreed in writing before we start – as the Real Estate Agency Act requires.

  4. 04

    Preparation

    Condition report, seller’s declaration, photos and prospectus. For cabins also road, water, sewage and plot – everything buyers ask about.

  5. 05

    Listing and viewings

    The property is presented on FINN.no and shown – also at weekends, when the cabin crowd is in the mountains.

  6. 06

    Bidding

    We run the bidding and notify you of every bid. You decide – we give you the facts.

  7. 07

    Contract, settlement and keys

    Contract, handover and settlement. The last stone is laid when the keys have changed hands.
